Our buildings are designed to be the most user-friendly steel kits on the market. Each one comes with step-by-step foundation and assembly manuals, making installation straightforward—even for first-timers. In fact, 90% of our customers choose to handle installation themselves, saving thousands in contractor fees. Every building is fully pre-engineered and prefabricated with pre-cut panels and pre-drilled holes. Even better? One size nut and bolt (5/16” hex head) is used throughout the entire structure for maximum simplicity.
What kind of warranty is included?
Every Legacy building is backed by a 30-year rust-through and finish warranty direct from the steel mill. That means no rust, no fading, and no maintenance headaches—for decades of dependable use.
When will I receive my blueprints and manuals?
Your full set of factory blueprints and installation manuals will be ready within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your signed order—so you can begin planning right away.
How does an arch-style building compare to traditional construction?
Legacy Buildings USA uses high-gauge, commercial-grade Galvalume® steel—2 to 3 times thicker than the standard 26- or 29-gauge steel typically found in pole barns and conventional structures. Our advanced engineering offers unmatched strength, durability, and resistance to extreme weather, all while keeping the cost affordable.
Do I need a concrete floor before construction?
No concrete slab is required to get started. Our buildings can be installed on a simple concrete footer, with the floor finished later if desired. Other foundation options like wood or asphalt can also be used, giving you flexibility based on your site and budget.
